AutoFX AI ("the Service") is an automated trade copying service that replicates trading signals on your MetaTrader 5 (MT5) account. The Service analyzes Gold (XAUUSD) markets and executes trades based on AI-generated signals. AutoFX AI is not a broker, financial advisor, or investment manager.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to trade forex/CFDs in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with your local laws and regulations.
To use the Service, you must connect a valid MT5 trading account from a supported broker. You are responsible for the security of your MT5 credentials. We encrypt all passwords using bank-level encryption (Fernet/AES-128-CBC) and never share your data with third parties.
Trading forex and CFDs involves significant risk of loss. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You may lose some or all of your invested capital. The Service does not guarantee profits or protect against losses. You should only trade with money you can afford to lose. AutoFX AI is not responsible for any trading losses incurred while using the Service.
The Service offers a free trial period followed by paid subscription plans (Monthly at $39/month, Annual at $299/year). Subscriptions are billed at the start of each billing period. You may cancel at any time. Payments can be made via credit card (Stripe) or cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20, BTC).
You are responsible for: maintaining sufficient margin in your MT5 account, setting appropriate lot sizes and risk parameters, monitoring your account, and ensuring your MT5 account supports Gold (XAUUSD) trading. The Service copies trades automatically — you should review your settings before activating.
We aim to provide 24/5 service availability during forex market hours. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Technical issues, broker connectivity problems, or maintenance may cause temporary service interruptions. We are not liable for trades missed due to service downtime.
AutoFX AI, its owners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to trading losses, missed trades, technical failures, or broker-related issues.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms or misuse of the Service. You may terminate your account at any time by disconnecting your MT5 and canceling your subscription.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of material changes via Telegram.
