Free Trial

AutoFX AI offers a 2-day free trial with unlimited trades. No payment is required to start the trial. If the Service does not meet your expectations, simply do not subscribe after the trial ends.

Subscription Payments

All subscription payments (Monthly $39/month, Annual $299/year) are non-refundable once the billing period has started. By subscribing, you acknowledge that you have tested the Service during the free trial and are satisfied with its functionality.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

Your access continues until the end of the current billing period
No further charges will be made
Existing open trades will remain on your MT5 account with SL/TP active
Trade copying will stop when the billing period ends

Exceptions

Refunds may be issued at our discretion in the following cases:

Technical error resulting in duplicate charges
Service was completely unavailable for an extended period (24+ hours)
Account was charged after cancellation was confirmed

Cryptocurrency Payments

Payments made via cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20, BTC) are non-refundable due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions.

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund under the exceptions listed above, contact us via Telegram at @AutoFXAIbot within 7 days of the charge. Include your Telegram username and a description of the issue.

Trading Losses

AutoFX AI is not responsible for trading losses. The Service copies trades to your MT5 account based on AI signals. Market conditions, broker execution, and your risk settings affect results. Trading losses are not grounds for a refund.
